i2i was created by Vanessa and Ness through years of building, leading, and supporting community based work.
We have seen what happens when good people carry big visions without the right structure. Burnout. Confusion. Overwhelm. Constant urgency.
We also have seen what happens when purpose is paired with grounded strategy. Clear governance. Healthy boundaries. Strong programs. Funding readiness. And leadership that can hold the weight of the work.
i2i is here for that second path.
Intention to Impact exists to help values led changemakers build nonprofits that are clear, credible, and sustainable.
We blend practical nonprofit strategy with inner leadership because building impact work asks for both. A strong structure. A steady nervous system. Clear decision making. And a way of leading that protects the mission and the people doing the work.
We support you to move from a meaningful idea to a well built organization that can actually last.
Vanessa Gale is a leadership and mindset guide, coach for purpose-driven humans, and facilitator of personal and professional growth. She works with people who care deeply about the impact they make and want to lead, create, or contribute in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and true to who they are.
Vanessa has been part of building spaces where people grow as leaders, collaborators, and humans. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, community, and lived experience, supporting individuals to develop greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in their personal and professional lives. She brings credibility grounded not in theory alone, but in real world practice and deep relational work.
Vanessa’s approach is grounded, reflective, and deeply human. She is known for holding space that invites honesty, curiosity, and self trust, helping people reconnect with what matters most and move forward with intention rather than pressure.
At the heart of her work is a belief that meaningful change does not come from pushing harder or becoming someone else. It comes from alignment. Vanessa believes that when people slow down enough to listen to themselves, strengthen their sense of self, and act with intention, they are able to create lives and work that feel grounded, sustainable, and genuinely their own.
